Elchin I from Baku

Things are difficult for me here, which is why making aliyah is so important to me.

My family and I made the decision. Life here is getting harder by the day. The children are growing up and their needs are increasing, yet there is no work. What can I offer my children here? What kind of future do they have here? I don’t think there is one. We all received our visas, but I am leaving alone at first to get settled, so I can bring my family over in a few months.

I hope things there won’t be the same as they are here. I hope to find a decent job to support my family. I want my children to get a good education and build successful lives for themselves. I have so many hopes and dreams.

The hardest part of all of this is that my family is staying behind while I leave. The rest doesn’t matter as much to me.

We received constant help from Ezra. We were given guidance both over the phone and in person. They helped us obtain various documents, translations, and apostilles, and assisted in gathering the paperwork for our visa applications. They even provided transportation to the airport.

Thank you, my dear friends, for your help! You supported me during difficult times. Thank you for everything! May God always be with you!
