Tetyana and Volodymyr P from Sumy

We want to live close to our children and grandchildren. Even if new difficulties and challenges lie ahead, facing them together is so much easier!

Our children left for Israel long ago, but we only started thinking about repatriating there just before the war in Ukraine began. When the war came to our country, we couldn’t get there because my husband wasn’t yet 60.  It was hard to wait for the opportunity to leave for Israel because our city, Sumy, was constantly under enemy fire. It was very difficult at the very beginning of the war. And now as it’s dragged on for so long, living here has become completely unbearable.  Finally, my husband celebrated his 60th birthday, and we can safely cross the border to leave for Israel!

This is our family reunion. And we are so happy to be together!  We look forward to a better life and we also need qualified medical care. We hope everything will be alright.

When our children were leaving, Ezra helped them with the paperwork and transportation, so we knew exactly where to turn for help! Ezra helped us with everything, from consultations on the documents to financial assistance and transportation to the airport before our flight. We were accompanied throughout the entire journey to Israel by incredibly kind and helpful people who made our repatriation easy!

We are grateful for your kindness and care, for the sacrifices you make so that we can return to our true homeland! We thank you beyond measure!
