“My name is Luiz. I was born in the city of Rio de Janeiro and have always lived there. I studied there and after some years of work, married Roberta and later our daughter Raquel was born. Unfortunately our country has gone through several economic crises and in our state there have been internal political crises resulting in many corrupt and jailed governors. With that instability, many companies suffered from those scandals and I was directly hit with working in one of them.”

“As our daughter was going to enter into an important period of her schooling, already a pre-teen, we decided to make Aliyah. We are seeking emotional and financial stability, security for us all and to be able to provide an environment for our daughter that is fairer and more decent. We started the Aliyah process in 2023. The conflict in Israel delayed our process as well as the difficulties of fulfilling the many demands made by the Jewish Agency! “
